Be part of a pivotal event on Wednesday, October 4 beginning at 6 pm at Oldsmar’s State Street Center, located at 127 State Street West. The Community Visioning Workshop is your chance to give input to the City Council to shape the future of our city. This is more than just a meeting – it's an opportunity for every resident to play a role in defining Oldsmar's path forward.
As part of the budget process, the City is asking for your input. Together, we will revisit the City government’s mission and vision statements created in 2013, and give input to the City Council as they look to create the City’s next priorities.

OPAL THEATER - PETER PAN JR.
Be sure to catch the OPAL Theater production of Peter Pan Jr. on Sat, Oct 14 at R.E. Olds Park. This family-friendly musical spotlights the fantastic adventure to Neverland with the Darling children and their new friend, Peter Pan. Along the way, they encounter favorite characters like Tiger Lilly, the Lost Boys and Captain Hook.
Food vendors open at 6pm with Pit Stop BBQ and Uncle Dave's Kettle Corn, the show starts at 7pm. Bring your chairs and blankets and come out to support these talented students and enjoy a FREE live musical performance of this Disney classic.

Adopt Res 2023-19 FY 23-24 Budget
During the recent Council meeting, the final public hearing was held, and Resolution 2023-19 was adopted, officially establishing the Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
This budget is a result of careful planning and thoughtful consideration. It was initially presented to the City Council on July 20, followed by a comprehensive budget work session on Aug. 8.
The first public hearing adopting the tentative budget took place on Tues, Sept. 5.

Council-Manager Award
During the Sept. 20 City Council meeting, Vice Mayor Knapp presented the Council-Manager Award for September-October 2023 to Deputy Martinez with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
